Explore new artistic forms, revitalize old pieces, and work with fellow creatives in a personal, nurturing setting, guided by knowledgeable instructors.

The Catamaran Center for the Literary Arts offers a variety of course topics and lengths. Weekend workshops will be held in the mornings or afternoons during one-time three or six hour sessions. For a more in-depth workshop experience, CCLA also hosts four and eight week classes that meet once a week for two hour sessions. About Our Classes

"How often do you get to hang out with a great artist who will walk you through making your own first work? Especially an artist who's so happy to share their experience and help you along without being too critical."-Participant at Sam Amico's Typesetting & Cognitive Writing Workshop

CCLA offers workshops for writers and artists at all levels. Whether you're halfway through the next great American novel or have yet to pick up a pen, the Catamaran Center for the Literary Arts has workshops to help you improve your craft and connect you with others who share your passion.
